Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through our website and covers your legal rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.


1. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)

If you buy goods online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items for a full refund.

To cancel, you must tell us within this 14‑day period by email. You then have another 14 days to return the goods.

Refunds will include the standard delivery cost (if paid), but you are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition unless faulty.


2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and your order number so we can sort it quickly.

We will cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items.


3. Returns After 30 Days

If more than 30 days have passed, we may still offer a repair or replacement if the item develops a fault within 6 months, unless the fault was caused by misuse or normal wear and tear.


4. Non‑Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Personalised or custom‑made items
• Items not in original condition or missing packaging
• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
• Perishable goods or hygiene‑sensitive items where sealed packaging has been opened

This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty.


5. How to Start a Return

Email us at info@amazing-grace.org.uk with:

• Your order number
• The item you want to return
• Reason for return
• Photos if faulty or damaged

We will reply with return instructions.

Do not send items back until we confirm the return address.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.

Banks may take extra time to show the refund.


7. Exchanges

If you would like a different size, colour, or item, place a new order and return the unwanted item following the return steps above.


8. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using tracked shipping for higher‑value items, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.
